Rule 1;
Confidentiality:
The
consultants and the trainers who work in IPEK keep the information,
which belong to the firms they are working with, under confidentiality,
they do not give it to the third parties, or use the information for
commercial purposes.
Rule
2;
Impartiality and Independence:
The
consultants and the trainers who work in IPEK, never interfere
with the firms’ employees and management, never establish affairs with
the firms’ employees and management, and never comment on the firms’
business, in order to protect the virtues of impartiality and independence
and the prestige of their profession under any circumstances.
Rule
3;
Obtaining Interest:
The
consultants and the trainers who work in IPEK, try to obtain
personal interest in the form of commission or in the form of extra
payment from the firms they work with. They do not recommend any products
or any services produced by any other firm in order not to violate their
impartiality and independence.
Rule
4;
Information and Documents:
The
consultants and the trainers who work in IPEK, keeping the firms’
interests and the society’s benefits superior to any concept, will
transfer the required documents and information, without obtaining
personal benefits.
Rule 5;
Client’s Complaints:
The
consultants and the trainers who work in IPEK directly transmit
the demands of the employees of the firms they work with to IPEK
regardless of their position in the firm. With this they help the
development of the firms and their personal development.
Rule 6;
Accepting Duties:
The
consultants and the trainers who work in IPEK will not accept any
extra job as long as the job at hand is going on. They will not claim any
ideas of their own and in the fields they do not have expertise in even if
they do not have any personal interests.
Rule 7;
Wages Based on Service:
The
consultants and the trainers who work in IPEK under their contract
will not demand any thing but the wage they earn, and giving the service
at their best in return of the wage.
THE
TEN
PRINCIPLES OF THE UN GLOBAL COMPACT ON WHICH THE EMPLOYEES IN IPEK AGREE ON, ARE APPLIED AND SPREAD IT IN THE FIRMS THEY WORK WITH.
Rule 8;
Human Rights:
- Support and respect the protection of internationally
proclaimed human rights within their sphere of influence.
- Make sure that
they are not complicit in human rights abuses
Rule 9;
Labour:
- Uphold the
freedom of association and the effective recognition of the right to
collective bargaining

Elimination of
all forms of forced and compulsory labour
- Effective
abolition of child labour
- Eliminate
discrimination in respect of employment and occupation.
Rule
10;
Environment:

Support a
precautionary approach to environmental challenges
- Undertake
initiatives to promote greater environmental responsibility
- Encourage the
development and diffusion of environmentally friendly technologies
Rule
11;
Corruption:
-
Work against all forms of
corruption, including extortion and bribery.
