·        Descriptions, definitions, and examples

·        Potential mode of fault

·        Potential effects and importance degree of the fault

·        Suggested assessment criteria

·        Classification, appearance and available process controls

·        Risk priority number, suggested activities, realised activities

·        Follow-up during internal audits
