Finding out the effectiveness of the QS-9000 quality assurance system inside the organisation, the unconformities and basic concepts such as follow-up which will lead to the elimination of the unconformities, and determination of the qualifications and the authorities of the auditors

·        Interpretation of the standard articles through the eyes of the auditor  

·        Necessity and benefits of auditing 

·        Types of Audits 

·        stages of planning the audit and application  

·        determination and follow-up of the unconformities and preventive action plans  

·        preparation of the question lists 

·        writing the reports  

·        the auditor and his responsibilities
